I love baking, and I love eating what I bake. (And what you bake, and what they bake… and what everyone bakes.)
As long as it doesn’t taste healthy.
Healthy taste = No fun for moi
Don’t get me wrong. I’ll let you feed me healthy food, but I’d better not know it’s healthy.
So I’m very, very intrigued with this new Ultragrain Flour. I haven’t tried it yet, but it’s an all-purpose flour blended with 30 percent Ultragrain whole wheat.
That gives it 9 grams of whole grain per serving – twice the fiber of other all-purpose flours.
And you know what? It doesn’t change the flavor, texture or color of the flour.
And that I’ve gotta see. And taste.
I’ll let you know!
