Clorox Smart Tube #SprayEveryDrop + Giveaway

This post is brought to you by Clorox and The Motherhood, and I’ve been compensated for my time. However, all opinions are my own.

I find it beyond annoying when spray cleaners stop spraying long before they’re empty. I usually end up pouring the remaining solution directly onto the surface or onto a paper towel, but either way it’s frustrating!

Clorox SMART TUBE technology puts a stop to that, as the bottles are designed to spray every drop!

Here’s one of my old Formula 409 bottles alongside the new SMART TUBE bottle design. The reason the whole tube doesn’t come out with the sprayer in the new bottle design is part of the brilliance.

The tube is built-in and runs down the side of the bottle all the way to the bottom! No more tilting, transferring or getting ticked off about not getting the last remnants of cleaning solution out.

Spray every drop!

I also think it’s a lot smoother and easier to pump the trigger with the new design. Every pump results in product. There’s no having to continuously spray in hopes of a little more coming out, and I love that I no longer get solution that comes out all bubbly because of air.

You’ll find the new Clorox SMART TUBE technology in Clorox Cleaners, Formula 409 and Tilex. I have a Clorox spray and the 409, and the new design works beautifully every time!

I’ll let you in on a little secret. I’ve been a Formula 409 user since my college days, and the last time I purchased a bottle (long before I wrote this post), I noticed that it was spraying so much more smoothly than it had on the previous bottle. I figured they must have changed the spray design and I was thrilled, but that’s about all the thought I gave to it.

Then when the coupons were sent to me for this review, I went out and bought another bottle. When I got home, I realized that it was the same thing I had purchased the previous month and loved!

I was already using the SMART TUBE technology! Duh…

Oh well, at least I can bear witness to the fact that it’s still working just as great as it did the day I bought it. I’m a true blue fan!

Try it for yourself with a coupon! Visit and when you watch the quick video about the spray bottle’s “makeover” you get a $1 coupon. If you share the video on Facebook or Twitter, you get a $1.50 coupon!

I had to twist it pretty hard to get it to pop out of its track and then I could lift it up and out. I just did that yesterday as a matter of fact to pour in some leftovers from the old style bottle. When you put it back in, kinda watch to make sure that little tube part goes back into its hole. You’ll know what I mean when you look inside.

I have the new bottle of 409 and it doesn’t work. Checked the alignment of the tube and everything. What should I do?
